“I have been using your services for the past few years and you have always been extremely efficient and helpful, especially when my old boiler kept breaking down and I was left with no hot water or heating in winter. I now let the property and called today to ask if someone could go round as my tenants had rung last night to say the hot water was not working and my concern being that they have a 3-month old baby.
